We help you. For the sake of the environment and money, we want to keep returns to an absolute minimum.
 
Before you make a return, please let us know what the problem is. We may be able to find a better solution together.

Special cases

Transport damage

When accepting the product, please UNCONDITIONALLY check whether there is any transport damage. Is the delivered packaging visibly damaged? Please take a picture of it. If the item is delivered damaged, this must be reported to us within 48h after acceptance via email or contact form. If a product is accepted without comment, the product is considered to be delivered without damage and cannot be complained about transport damage at a later time.

Production error
If there is a production defect, we replace defective individual parts (pump, led, etc.) whenever possible. In this case the spare parts are free of charge.
Color, grain and pattern are given by Mother Nature and are not production defects. Please accept and respect the whims of nature and consider your object as a very personal unique.

If a return is nevertheless made in consultation with us, the following guidelines apply:

Return guidelines


We grant you a  Right of return of 30 days on a new purchase. Thereafter, you may be charged for a return in accordance with our AGB's costs may be incurred.

Please help us to avoid unnecessary damage and to avoid damaging the product by returning it. When returning a product, please follow these important steps:

1 - Note the reason for return on a note and enclose it.

2 - Carefully check that the entire scope of delivery (see technical drawing in the operating instructions) is packed.

3- The product packaging must be placed in a large outer box and protected on all sides with plenty of stuffing material. Use the original packaging for the return shipment, including the CLIMAQUA outer box and the original stuffing material.
Important: Please do not send any product packaging to the post office without a well-padded outer box! The product is guaranteed to break.

4 - Please do the SHAKING TEST with the finished parcel: If the contents do not move when you shake the parcel, then you have packed the goods well. Otherwise, please open the parcel again and use more stuffing material (newspapers, waste paper, etc.). Damaged goods due to inadequate packaging will neither be accepted nor refunded.

5 - You will not incur any costs for a return.

7 - Please do not send returns to our office address DYNCO AG. Parcels will not be accepted there and will be returned at the sender's expense.

8 - Money back? Without special agreement, you will receive a corresponding credit to your CLIMAQUA customer account.
