For winter storage, we strongly recommend that you drain the fountain and protect it from snow and cold. Temperatures below zero degrees Celsius can severely damage the fountain with icing and render it inoperable. From time to time you should clean your garden fountain. To ensure a long-lasting function, elements such as tank, hose, pump and light can be taken apart and cleaned separately.
We also offer you suitable fountain care products such as ALGICID (prevents algae) and AQUA SOFT (prevents calcification). If, however, after some time, annoying white traces of lime cover the surface of the stone, you can remove them without a trace with CLIMAQUA® PIERRE CLEAN.
